True to the goals set in 2001, the year of its founding, the Sommets Musicaux features nine consecutive days during which audiences have the opportunity to experience young, up-and-coming artists alongside internationally renowned virtuosos. Since its founding in 2001, the Sommets Musicaux de Gstaad has been a musical highlight of the winter season for all classical music lovers. Every year, young talents, orchestras, internationally established artists, and music lovers from Switzerland and abroad come together over nine days to bring the most beautiful works of the classical repertoire to life in a snow-covered dream landscape. Every winter, the Sommets Musicaux de Gstaad prove to be a popular gathering place for the entire region. The group dinners held after the concerts at the Gstaad Palace or the Café du Cerf in Rougemont provide a unique opportunity for music lovers, artists, and festival partners to come together. |
